Sydney Uni has been a work in progress for a few years now.
What was the main thoroughfare, Eastern Avenue, is now closed to traffic and is a beautiful pedestrian boulevarde.
Something interesting is going on here, but this in fact may be as good as it ever looks,
'under construction'.
